Metro MLS is now offering a new and enhanced version of the monthly market reports, with RapidStats serving as the new provider of these reports. The June RapidStats Monthly Market Reports gives members access to more accurate monthly data that better reflects the current market.

Markt is our joint venture with ARMLS® (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) that started in April 2018. It has allowed us to partner with another top MLS to serve our members better.

Zillow is Now a Broker, Will Receive IDX Feed
Zillow is now a licensed brokerage entity and Metro MLS member. Zillow’s change from a real estate media company/portal to a brokerage will allow them to display listings enrolled in the IDX program starting June 1.

BizTimes names Erika Zignego a Notable Executive Assistant
BizTimes Milwaukee has recognized Metro MLS’s Erika Zignego as a Notable Executive Assistant. Zignego has worked as Metro MLS CEO Chris Carrillo’s executive assistant for five years. Besides assisting Carrillo, she is the vice president of accounting, oversees human resources and manages numerous Metro MLS programs.

Can You Show a Delayed Listing?
The Delayed listing status allows the seller additional time to prepare the home if it is not ready for showings. But when a property is in Delayed status, no showings of any kind are allowed until the property moves to Active status.

April was another strong month for home sales. The busy spring market continues to see many multiple offer situations driving sales prices above the asking price. While housing affordability remains an area to watch as prices continue to rise, strong buyer demand and limited housing supply show no signs of easing soon.
