Metro MLS will close at noon Tuesday, Dec. 23, and reopen at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday.
Zillow is now a licensed brokerage entity and Metro MLS member. Zillow’s change from a real estate media company/portal to a brokerage will allow them to display listings enrolled in the IDX program starting June 1.

Flexmls has made it easier for users to add, edit and manage videos and virtual tours. Flexmls also no longer requires you to upload a branded and unbranded version of your videos or virtual tours.
The Delayed listing status is in place to help sellers who need additional time preparing their home for showings. It is not considered a best practice or a tool for agents to use when selling a home.
